JDP Fitness is launching their first Fitness and Adventure Training retreat in the French Pyrenees in June and would like to invite you to the party.

Our Fitness and Adventure Retreat in the Pyrenees really is the ultimate fitness holiday. Deep in the heart of the French Pyrenees, we provide a great way for you to experience the outdoors with a huge selection of adventurous activities to get stuck into all year round.

Our retreats are small (no more than 15 people per camp), personable, and extremely affordable.

If you’re looking to get away from it all, have an amazing time with supportive trainers and like minded people, the JDP Fitness and Adventure Retreat is for you.

Our Fitness Adventure Retreat offers: 

  • Chateau Accommodation for 4 days & 3 nights – Giving the perfect setting to relax & unwind in between the activities and expert workout sessions. There are two amazing chateaus to choose from.
  • Delicious, Tasty and Nutritious food and drink throughout the trip – We share our dining between the lodge, and our excellent local restaurants in the nearby town. For our day long trips, we provide a packed lunch to keep your energy levels up throughout the day.
  • All Restaurant meals included – Experience local, healthy delicious food. We take you to the local town for two nights of amazing local cuisine and on the third night, BBQ!!
  • Smoothie Making course – With our Instructors
  • Thrilling Expert led Activities throughout the trip – including all equipment, and anything else you would need. All these trips are guided, that means we have expert local, English speaking instructors to help you through anything! Wherever its mountain climbing or kayaking….they are there by your side!
  • 3 JDP Workouts – Every morning with our team. We will set you up for the day with our Full Body circuits using tools from the great outdoors such as tyres, Mallets and other equipment!
  • Airport Transfers to and from Lourdes

The area surrounding our Adventure Centre offers an awesome range of different places to jump into a kayak.  From gentle lakes with gorgeous mountain backdrops to raging sections of white water in the nearby rivers, there’s something for everyone who’s keen to get out onto the water. Guided Rock Climbing and Abseiling

The Pyrenees is home to some spectacular climbs ranging from easy going, bolted sports routes for beginners in the nearby area of Arudy to more complex multi-pitch routes such as those found at the Pic du Midi d’Ossau and the Aiguilles d’Ansabere pictured below along with a few more of our favorites.

Guided Mountain Biking

Here, in the heart of the Pyrenees, you’ll benefit from some of the most stunning cycling routes in Europe.  Whether you’re interested in mountain biking cross country and exhilarating downhill routes, you’ll find it all here!

Guided Hikes and Treks in the Pyrenees

The 400km long chain of the Pyrenees contains some of Europe’s finest wild landscapes, hikes, treks and climbs.  These remain largely undiscovered by UK adventure seekers.  We think that’s crazy and once you get out here you’ll think it’s crazy too! With a lunch in your bag and great people around you, we can stop and have the ‘Perfect picnic’

JDP Fitness Morning Training

Each day will include a boot camp style workout. We aim to make these sessions as action packed, and fun as possible, whilst at the same time, being extremely effective. Our target is to work every muscle in the body, burning around 600 calories per workout.

Although this is an Adventure Training Retreat, we had to through it in somewhere. If you’re used to the guys at JDP Fitness and their gruelling workouts then you know your in for a good session!

Every morning, We will set you up for the day with our Full Body circuits using tools from the great outdoors such as tyres, Mallets and other equipment!

Team games and individual events will also be part of the weekend.

This will be fasted, so you’ll be earning your breakfast before the days activities!
