Training Faisal was a great experience.
Faisal came to JDP Fitness with one goal, to lose fat!
We used the Fat Lose program as we thought this would suit Faisal’s goals.
During Faisal’s program we all added a lot of Glute activation exercises as he spent a lot of his day sitting down. We made sure this was carried out at the start of the sessions.
Faisal’s initial sessions were based on movement patterns and activation work. We also employed a introduction to strength training at the end of every session. This included compound movements with no weight.
Faisal now holds so much more muscle on his frame, less fat and is fitter then ever.
Faisal’s nutrition was key also. He maintained a constant cycle of calories with a perfect macro breakdown supplied by JDP Fitness. The key to Faisal’s nutrition was education, we ensured he new what he was eating and why. We also made sure he new what he should stay away from!
Faisal had a cheat meal every 3 weeks.
