Team JDP Fitness is here to tell you everything you need to know about us, what we do and how we do it.
We have been in our own Personal Training studio in Liverpool Street for close to one year now. So we thought it was time to give you all a little more info about us and what we do and the ethos behind JDP Fitness. Set up by founder and lead Personal Trainer Jason Patmore in 2013, JDP Fitness was set up to cater for the busy city workers health and Well-being needs. With thousands of sessions now completed, we have had all the experience London has had to throw at us, so whatever the problem = we have the solution.
Located in the heart of City of London and only a 5 minute walk from Liverpool Street, JDP Fitness delivers bespoke Personal Training packages over two floors in our private London PT studio. We are also located just a short walk Shoreditch, Hoxton and Old Street.
Set up JUST for Personal Training. That means no waiting for equipment, no peak and off peak queues for the showers….just pure 121 Personal Training. We train clients from Moorgate, St Pauls to Bank and Liverpool Street. Clients come to JDP Fitness to have that service that they aren’t getting anywhere else. “Personal”. We have Personal Trainers here that are Fat Loss experts, Strength and Conditioning coaches and Pre/Post Natal instructors.
WHO WE ARE
At the heart of JDP Health and Fitness is lead trainer and founder Jason Patmore. He set up JDP Fitness in 2013 to cater for the busy city workers health and Well-being needs.
JASON PATMORE
Jason is knowledgable and dedicated London based Personal Trainer who will help you achieve your goals even around your busy lifstyle.
“He has a thirst for knowledge and keeps current on all nutrition and exercise research to ensure all his clients are achieving optimal results.” said one of his clients.
Jason is an ex-army physical training instructor who served in Afghanistan and Iraq. During his time in the HM Forces his job was to work helping numerous soliders in their fight to improve or maintain their fitness. He also conducted rehabilitation support training to soliders returning from Afghanistan and Iraq with a plethora of injuries and disabilities. Jason has also planned and led groups of all abilities on expeditions worldwide.
Since his time at JDP Fitness, Jason has trained and coached hundreds of clients. Ranging form Fat Loss to competition prep.
Jason has competed himself in numerous physique modeling competitions including WBFF at the O2.
Jason believes that there are many ways to skin a cat, but the best results he has seen changing body compositions and cardiovascular health, has been with a balanced strength and condition program. Lifting for strength specifcally creates longer lasting, functional and desirable results often triggering a natural shift on a clients lifestyle. Jason adopts a constantly evolving strength training system, identifying it as a layer like cake for clients.
MATT WILLIAMS
Matt is our Personal Training manager and has been personal training for JDP Fitness since 2015.
Ballet and fitness have complimented each other throughout Matt’s entire life. Growing up if he wasn’t in the studio in his ballet tights he was playing sport with his friends. It is this passion for a healthy lifestyle that Matt now wants to use to inspire other people to surpass their own expectations of what they can achieve.
Through hard work and determination Matt was able to tour the UK with Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures company and dance for 6 years as a soloist dancer for Ballet Hagen in Germany.
Since gaining his level 3 in Personal Training, Matt decided to compliment his qualifications and experience and in turn, became a faster Advanced Functional Trainer and Fat Loss expert. This has now helped him to become a more rounded Personal Trainer. Matt has combined his passions of fitness and dance and taken his own training to the next level. So much so that Matt now competes as a novice level Powerlifter.
Alongside this Matt is also our Pre and Post Natal training specialist. He is able to help busy pregnant city professionals to maintain a healthy pregnancy and then help them to bounce back quickly post birth.
CLIFFORD OKORJI
Clifford is the newest member of Team JDP Fitness but has been with us for nearly a year now. However, he has a wealth of Personal Training experience having worked 1-1 with clients for years now.
