Power of Community
It is said you are the average of the five people with whom you associate most.
Take a moment to think about who those five people may be. This is likely to be a combination of friends, family, co workers.
- Now ask yourself this…
- Are they healthy?
- Are they successful?
- Do they exercise?
- Are they HAPPY?
Every time you spend time with these people, a part of their personality will rub off on you. So now is the time to be consciously aware of what they say and do and how it effects you. Are you the only one out of your community that’s interested in living a healthy lifestyle? How does your community respond when you’re excited about achieving a new personal best in your bench press? Are they involved or are they mad you skipped a night out to hit the gym?
