Our London Based Personal Training Service’s have been thought out and designed around our clients. They include everything from a 30 Minutes HIIT Package to a 12 Week Transformation Package.

Throughout your journey, whatever road you choose to go down, We will be there every step of the way. Your Personal Trainer will be there for your consultation to iron out any questions you may have about the training or the package you want.

We will also go over a any medical issues you may have or an contraindications you might have before you embark on your journey.

 

From there, your first session will be catered around the Personal Trainer assessing your movement patterns, strength and current conditioning.

From that point the Personal Trainer will then ensure your program will be catered for you.
