Scarlet is a skilled and driven London based Personal Trainer with a passion to help clients achieve their fitness and nutritional goals. By coupling these aspects to the individual, she can help clients achieve their targets and enhance their lifestyle and dietary aspirations.

Ex professional ballerina, Scarlet, studied and graduated the prestigious Royal Ballet School after 8 years of training to then go onto become a professional ballerina where she worked and danced around the world from the age of 18.

After hanging up the ballet shoes, Scarlet has turned her focus to personal training and also now competes as a Bikini Athlete/Model in the United Kingdom Bodybuilding Federation. With 2 very different approaches to fitness under her belt plus many more additional qualifications, she can utilise this knowledge to program bespoke plans for a wide variety of clients focusing solely on their individual goals.

Scarlet works in a way that builds and strengthens functional movement and mobility to improve flexibility and basic movement patterns to which then can be progressed into a strength and conditioning program to assist in remodelling body composition, developing agility, power and strength and improving overall cardiovascular health.
