Ballet and fitness have complimented each other throughout my entire life. Growing up if I wasn’t in the studio in my tights I was playing sport with my friends.
It is this passion for a healthy lifestyle that I now want to use to inspire other people to surpass their own expectations of what they can achieve.

Through hard work and determination I was able to tour the UK with Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures company and dance for 6 years as a soloist for Ballet Hagen in Germany.

Since gaining my level 3 in Personal Training, I decided to compliment my qualifications and experience an in turn, becoming a faster Advanced Functional Trainer and Fat Loss expert. This has now helped me become a more rounded Personal Trainer and it also allows me to add the Pilates side of PT to my arsenal! I have combined my passions of fitness and dance and taken my own training to the next level.

Claim to fame: Performing for Prince Edward at the Royal Opera House aged 20.
