And, did you know that if you’re a runner, podcasts could potentially help your pace. Canadian researchers found that when you run to your favourite playlists, your brain will naturally synchronise your movements to the beat of the music. Running without the beat of the music gives, say when listening to a health podcast, can increase your awareness of your cadence and stride, allowing you to reassess your goals and performance.
