HIIT workouts to take on Holiday

HIIT workouts to take on Holiday

Don’t let your summer break get in the way of your training. Here are some simple workouts to take away with you.

In honour of sunny days and warmer temperatures on your vacation, now’s the perfect time to say so long to the weight room and take things outside. And why not head straight to the shore to work on your beach body? Apart from the beautiful views and mood boost from spending time in the sun, your muscles will have an extra challenge stabilising you in the sand.

However if working out on the beach isn’t for you then why not try our hotel workout. This workout will get you ready for a day of indulgence on holiday and takes no more space and equipment then what you have in your suite.

Good luck!!
